Rental Policies
Rental period

4 consecutive hours during store hours as well as our "overnight special" which is 4:00 pm to 8:30 am weekdays only |

NOTE: RENT CHARGED FOR ALL TIME OUT
Identification
FL Driver's License with local address. Out of state license acceptable
with verifiable local address and phone. Additional I.D. and a credit card
may be required on certain items
Payment
Required at time rental item is picked up or sometimes in advance when
reserving equipment for future pickup.
Deposit
Rental customers will be required to leave a deposit on items rented (excluding open account customers). Deposits vary per item. Deposit refunded on return of rental item.
Hurricane Policy
During a Hurricane Watch or Warning all equipment is rented on "first come"
basis to prevent hoarding. There will be no refund of rental charges for unused
rental equipment. Absolutely no refunds on the sales of generators and pumps and
related accessories.
Damage Waiver
A percentage of the rental rate will automatically be charged for damage
waiver unless declined on rental contract at time of pick-up.

Prices are subject to change. Please call for price quotes. All rental charges are for time out, whether used or not.
Delivery and Pick-up
Delivery and pickup are available at reasonable rates. Please call for the charge to your specific location. All rental items should be gathered in a single location convenient for pickup. If you prefer, you may pickup and return your rental items to our location.
Responsibility
Responsibility for rental items remains with the customer from delivery to return. All items should be secured and protected from the weather. Additional charges for replacements are made for missing or damaged items.
